1. Use of WagLife

WagLife is a dog lifestyle and discovery platform designed to help users find dog-friendly parks, patios, trails, events, activities, and related experiences.

You agree to:

• Use WagLife lawfully and responsibly.
• Provide accurate information when creating or updating an account.
• Respect other users, businesses, public spaces, and local rules.
• Not interfere with, misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.

2. User Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

3. Location Services

Some WagLife features use your device location to provide nearby recommendations, distance estimates, directions, and location-aware experiences. You may disable location permissions at any time, but certain features may no longer function properly.

4. Place Information

WagLife strives to provide useful and current information. However, park conditions, business hours, amenities, dog policies, events, accessibility, safety conditions, and other details may change without notice.

Always use your own judgment and confirm important information before visiting a place.

5. Park IQ and Live Insights

Park IQ and similar features may include live, recent, estimated, community-reported, or third-party information. These insights are informational only and are not a guarantee of current conditions, crowd levels, dog-size mix, cleanliness, shade, water availability, safety, or suitability.

6. Dog and Personal Safety

You remain fully responsible for your dog, your own safety, and the safety of others. WagLife does not supervise locations and does not guarantee that any place, event, trail, patio, or activity is safe or suitable for you or your dog.

Follow local laws, posted rules, leash requirements, vaccination requirements, and the instructions of property owners or officials.

7. User Content

You may be able to upload photos, comments, reviews, place information, reports, or other content. You retain ownership of your content.

By submitting content, you grant WagLife a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, format, and use that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the service.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unsafe.

8. Intellectual Property

WagLife, including its software, branding, design, graphics, features, text, and original content, is owned by WagLife or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

WagLife may rely on third-party services such as mapping, weather, location, business listings, analytics, payments, and sharing platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Purchases and Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment or a subscription. Purchases made through Apple are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment terms, subscription rules, cancellation procedures, and refund policies.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled through your Apple account settings.

11. Disclaimer

WagLife is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, WagLife disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WagLife and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to WagLife when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use of WagLife after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
